David D. Stanford, BA, MBA, US Army (Ret.), has truly discovered his passion after an incredible 30 years of distinguished military service in the United States Army! He earned the title of Drill Sergeant of the Year, led as the Top USAR Recruiter for the Baton Rouge Recruiting Command for four amazing years, and led the Dallas Recruiting Command as the Non-com Officer in charge. As an enthusiastic entrepreneur, David has successfully owned and operated a diverse range of businesses including a printing company, theatre, restaurant, and industrial cleaning company. His wealth of experience and unique talents are making a positive impact in his organization and community. Driven by an unwavering passion, Stanford is dedicated to giving back to young men and families as the President/Founder of HUGS - Humanity, Unity, Services, Inc. With his impressive background as a Certified Ethics Trainer for the State of Louisiana, TEDx-level speaker, and in leadership, motivation, human resources, and team building, David is a remarkable role model and mentor, ensuring successful outcomes for his supporters and the community he serves!

Reginald D. Mims
Mims is the dynamic owner and operator of an architectural services firm that excels in commercial, industrial, and residential design development and planning, with a strong focus on land use and zoning! Currently, he is making waves as the strategic partner in planning, zoning, and program management for Louisiana Connect. His wealth of experience and expertise has been a game-changer for the HUGS, Inc. mentorship program, where he serves as the enthusiastic Secretary-Treasurer!
